Your heating oil ordering options are:-

Orders are processed at 4pm each day. If you order after this time then you will be included in the following order but please be aware that the price might change and I will let you know if this is the case.

If you have an emergency though, give me a ring on 01476 861884 and I will see if I can help. 

Payment process

Payment for your order will be collected by the oil supplier who will contact you directly. My suppliers have agreed that settlement will be made by debit or credit card. Alternatively you can give me your payment details and I will pass them on to the supplier so that there is no risk of you being unobtainable when the supplier calls you. Commercial payment terms may vary. Please call me to discuss.

If your order is the first one made with a particular supplier then payment will be required in advance of delivery. Thereafter payment will be taken on the day after delivery. 

All other forms of payment may be possible but are by special arrangement so please contact me to discuss your requirements.

Delivery

Standard delivery will usually be within 4 days of you placing your order. However in the low season eg May – September, you may receive your oil more quickly. At really busy times or in adverse weather conditions, orders may be delivered a little later than this. If a supplier thinks they are going to be late I will let you know.
